We strictly adhere to the provisions of the Data Protection Act when using and processing your data. Your data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and, if required for order processing and the promotion of our own product and service range, transmitted to VC Design GmbH based in Austria as well as our partner companies based in the EU for customer support, delivery and contract fulfillment as well as for the creation and dispatch of promotional materials. Our partners have been carefully selected by us and are obligated to us in accordance with the legal provisions to handle your data with confidence and to comply with our own data protection standards. In particular, our partners are not permitted to pass on our customers' data to third parties for their own or advertising purposes.

If we make advance payments, for example in the case of a purchase on account, we process and transmit your data to various credit protection associations in order to protect our legitimate interests and for the purpose of credit checks.

This consent can be revoked by you at any time. In this case, please contact our customer service.

The customer agrees to receive advertising in any form (e.g. mailing, electronic media) from GREENWOODPROTECT. In the event of cancellation of advertising, the customer acknowledges that for organizational reasons the advertising material will continue to be delivered for a certain period of time after the cancellation. For this period, the customer waives the assertion of all conceivable rights in this respect against GREENWOODPROTECT.

10.1. Cookies – Webtracking – Social Plugin

On the homepages, blogs and online stores of GREENWOODPROTECT you will see personal recommendations. These are based on items that you have already viewed, searched for or purchased on a GREENWOODPROTECT page. This "information" is stored anonymously in a so-called cookie. Your personal data such as name, date of birth and address are not stored and a conclusion to your person is not possible.
